About Paintworks

Paintworks started its journey when Dan King purchased the business as a sole trader in 2019. Six months later, Dan's father Warren came on board. After the first year, the business grew into Powdercoat Repair Specialists Ltd, with more staff joining the team. At this point all of our services were provided on the job site, with our technicians visiting a large range of residential and commercial premises for powdercoat and aluminium joinery repairs.

 

Fast forward 12 months and Dan's mother Margaret has joined the team to create a busy administration and job management role. 2023 has seen the opening of our commercial workspace in Sydenham, with Dan's wife Krystal coming on board to help establish headquarters under the new company name of Paintworks.

 

Having the new premises allows us to provide an extension of our quality services with a fully heated spraybooth and drying room. This means we are able to cater for larger scale pieces and repair damaged powdercoat or incorrect colour on a range of products before they go to site, while still being able to provide a warranty on all of our work.
